Job Description

An Administration Manager of a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) located in the food court of a Mall plays a critical role in the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant by overseeing administrative processes and ensuring that the QSR's day-to-day running is as smooth and efficient as possible to manage staff for service delivery. This includes coordinating various functions such as office management, human resources, financial operations, Quality assurance, Customer Complaints management, ensuring service uniforms and other administrative tasks to support business operations. The Administration Manager acts as a bridge between the staff and senior management, provides strategic administrative direction, and implements company policies and procedures. They must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and are responsible for managing office budgets, organizing events, and supervising staff to maintain a conducive working environment. The role requires excellent organizational, managerial, and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant in charge to ensure smooth functioning of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the budgeting process and manage expenditures frugally.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, Mall regulations, Franchise regulations and internal management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of Restaurant inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and oversee security and access control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Strategically plan office operations and facilities management for cost efficiency.
  • Compile, edit, and present reports on administrative activities, Customer & Footfall management and analytics numbers for senior management.
  • Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events by coordinating with Mall management, Franchise operations, logistics, delivery and resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes effectively.
  • Foster a professional and positive working relationship among administrative teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a popular fast food Restaurant chain in the food court inside a Mall with more than 200 seats as a Manager roles.
  • Strong understanding of QSR management responsibilities, systems, and procedures in a popular fast food chain.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic food court work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Franchise billing Mgt systems.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse administrative team effectively.
