What Youll Do

As an Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCGs People and Organization Practice Area with a focus on the Culture, Transformation & Change Management topic, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights, while working together with case and proposal teams to deliver expert advisory

Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

In the People and Organization Practice Area, we focus on Organization Design & Operating Model, Talent and Skills, and Culture, Transformation & Change Management. Within Culture, Transformation & Change Management, we focus on delivering change across organizational leaders, employees, and programs. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will focus on Culture, Transformation and Change Management.

What Youll Bring

• Masters degree relevant to culture, transformation & change management; 1+ year of relevant work experience in culture & change management preferred
• Or Bachelors degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in culture & change management
• Fluency in English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

YOURE GOOD AT

• Applying culture, transformation & change management expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
• Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Building client-ready deliverables In Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Embracing new technologies and working solutions (e.g. GenAI)
• Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
• Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
