Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management, Six Sigma methodologies, Process Excellence, and Business Consulting. This role is ideal for someone who can manage projects end-to-end, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a change agent for clients across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead and support medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger transformation programs across domains like IT, Shared Services, or Operations.
• Drive project planning, scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, timeline tracking, and risk management using tools like MS Project or Jira.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables, meeting quality expectations and client requirements.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverable statuses and provide weekly updates to stakeholders through dashboards and status reports.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow through on actions.
