The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Test Analyst who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly applications. In this role, you will work with a dynamic, diverse team to develop, enhance, and maintain landing pages, web portals, and back-end services crucial to our payment solutions.

What will your job look like

You will be working in a DevOps squad with an primary focus on testing and supporting the operations within the Way4 application, where you will ensure the software meets the highest quality standards. establishing and maintaining test standards, creating and executing test cases, and continuously challenging the status quo to improve our test processes. You will participate in different test types (e.g. system, regression, interface, performance and end-to-end testing), contribute to test automation and focus on new and creative initiatives.

Skills we can’t do without

Some things to take into account to be successful in this role:

• You have a Bachelor and/or Master degree in IT
• You have 9-12 years testing experience in an Agile organization
• You have a minimum of 5 years of advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and various testing types and phases
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB Advanced, CAT, CSTE)
• Experience in designing, managing and improving test cases and plans
• Ability to establish and maintain test standards and guidelines
• You are a flexible team player with good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• You are comfortable in English, spoken and in writing
• You have a strong sense of pro-activeness, accountability and ownership
  
  

Skills we’d like

• You have experience with test automation tools such as Robot Framework
• Scripting and coding skills in languages such as Python, Bash/Shell, or VBScript
• Experience in the financial world, especially in Cards services, is a plus
• Experience with the Way4 application (from supplier OpenWay) is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of (PL)SQL.
