Job Role And Responsibilities

Solution Specialist Executive is responsible for conducting product demos remotely to potential customers. The goal is to showcase the value of the product or service, understand the customer’s needs, and guide them through the sales process toward making a purchase decision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Capable enough to understand QuickMove platform
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
• Knowledge of CRM and sales tools
• Communication - Excellent in English & Hindi
• Qualification - Graduation, Basic Knowledge in ( IT) about programming languages, Databases, Web Applications, AI,CRM, ERP, Accounting Software, HR, Payroll, etc.
• Attitude - Very Good Attitude
  
  
  

Capable enough to take serious responsibilities and meet targets

• Able to make cold call , Sales Pitch, Good in drafting the mail, Scheduling Demo
  
  
  

Solution Specialist Executive plays a critical role in converting prospects into customers by demonstrating how the product or service fits their needs and helping them make informed buying decisions.
