HR Manager

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure a productive and spirited workplace
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Promote corporate values and create a positive work culture
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  
  

• At least 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (in automotive or industrial manufacturing companies)
• MBA - HR degree
• Proven working experience as HR Manager
• Ability to process ESI policies for factory workers and contract laborers
• Expertise in ISO 14001 and EHS procedures
• Working knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices
  
  

• Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
