PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR CNC

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

• Manage and oversee employees and their tasks
• Be hands on and perform activities of workers supervised
• Set up program and modify machines and equipment
• Develop and manage production schedules and estimate hour requirements
• Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations
• Examine production results and ensure quality control
• Recommend measures to improve production
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems
• Coordinate job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions
• Confer with other supervisors and functional groups to coordinate activities of individual departments
  
  

• At least 4+ years of experience in production and manufacturing with good results
• D.M.E., B.E. degrees
• Past experience in leading small teams
• Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs
• A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements
• A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S
