Job Summary

As a Sr. Consultant specializing in Workday Cloud HCM Time Track you will leverage your expertise to optimize HR processes and drive efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical skills and domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech industries ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM solutions.
  • Design and implement Workday Cloud HCM Time Track configurations to enhance HR operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday HCM deployment and integration.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with existing systems and processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.
  • Document all configurations processes and changes for future reference and compliance.
  • Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions related to Workday HCM.
  • Engage with Hi-Tech industry clients to tailor Workday solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes through innovative Workday solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Workday Cloud HCM Time Track with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Finance & Accounting domain enhancing HR processes with financial insights.
  • Exhibit knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry understanding its unique HR challenges and requirements.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills to address complex HR and system integration issues.
  • Show proficiency in conducting training sessions and providing user support for Workday HCM.
  • Maintain strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to staying updated with Workday advancements and industry trends.
