Role Overview:

Hiring a Staff Software Engineer Quality, to join our Engineering organization. In this drive Business Unit wide Quality initiatives, Automation effort, Release governance and Software Security compliance activities.

Experience & Domain Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or managerial role.
• Proven track record in testing and delivering cloud-based security SaaS products at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, vulnerability assessment workflows, and threat modeling.
• Experience in driving Software Security Life cycle (SDLC Process)
  
  

Requirements:

• Expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, ROBOT, Selenium or similar tools) and experience in building scalable test automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI etc.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and ability to validate infrastructure and integrations in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with security testing tools and practices, including API security, static/dynamic analysis, and compliance validation (e.g., SAST, IAST, DAST, Threat Modelling, CVEs).
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or JavaScript.
• Define quality KPIs including test coverage, release readiness, regression rates, defect escape ratios, and customer-found defects.
• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to provide real-time quality insights to engineering and leadership.
• Conduct root cause analyses and retrospectives on quality incidents to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA are a plus.
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOC 2, SDLC, FedRAMP).
