Software Engineering Manager Search Platforms

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing data pipelines and building systems for monitoring those pipelines.
• Ability to manage ownership and collaborate.
• Ability to make progress in ambiguous technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for writing tested and maintainable code.

• Develop strategy and roadmap for improvement in Eval Fidelity and Eval Reliability goals.
• Provide technical direction and review of individual contributions from the team.
