As we continue to expand our operations in South India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a motivated & driven Regional Operations Agent – Bangalore (Contractual).

This is a travel extensive on ground role wherein you will act as the key operations agent supporting station setup and management across South India. You will balance 50% on-ground work (site visits, feasibility checks) and 50% system-based backend tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Flixs services, likely including bus operations and related logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis and vendor management processes!

About The Role

• Act as the key operations agent supporting station setup and management across South India
• Balance 50% on-ground work (site visits, feasibility checks) and 50% system-based backend tasks
• Use Flix tools to create, publish, and manage GPS-based station data accurately in the system
• Conduct field inspections for new station locations—assess viability, accessibility, and passenger experience
• Coordinate with Regional Operations Managers to ensure alignment with operational needs and customer standards
• Coordinate with a small team of Ground Operations Associates for station related intel gathering
• Be based in Bangalore with frequent travel across South India for station assessments and coordination
  
  

About You

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in intercity travels operations, ground operations, logistics, or transportation
• Comfortable using digital platforms and backend systems; technical aptitude is a plus
• Thrive in hybrid roles involving both fieldwork and system handling. Previous experience in transport tech, field audits, or station planning preferred.
• Strong geographical knowledge of South India and willingness to travel regularly
• You are fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
• You are communicative and a team player
• You are flexible and prepared to work in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration
