The Opportunity

As part of the Software Engineering team you will lead end-to-end migration of Oracle databases across platforms, đảm bảo minimal downtime and data integrity. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while defining and reviewing designs for successful migrations. This role allows you to collaborate with various teams, orchestrating planning and enhancing your knowledge in cloud migration strategies.

• Bachelors Degree
• 8 years of experience

Oracle DB Migration Lead

Lead end-to-end migration of Oracle databases across platforms (On-Prem ➝ Azure/AWS, cross-region, Oracle Exadata ➝ VM/Cloud PaaS), ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

Design and implement migration strategies using tools like RMAN, Data Pump, GoldenGate, ZDM, or Oracle Cloud Lift services based on RTO/RPO requirements.

Conduct detailed source-target compatibility assessments, pre-migration validations, and performance benchmarking pre/post migration.

Define and review High-Level & Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) including architecture, storage layout, network connectivity, and replication setup.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud platform teams to orchestrate cutover planning, rollback strategies, and DR setup.ill categories for job description details.
