Job Requisition: Senior SAP Fiori Full Stack Developer

Position Title: Senior SAP Fiori Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Fiori Full Stack Developer to join our team at RTX Corporation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Fiori applications and solutions. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as a strong understanding of SAP architecture, Fiori design principles, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to meet business requirements.
• Customize and extend SAP Fiori standard applications to align with specific organizational needs.
• Create and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Fiori design guidelines and best practices for user experience and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain ABAP code, including CDS views, AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and other back-end components as needed.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and accuracy of solutions.
• Provide technical support, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, tools, and trends to recommend and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in SAP development, including at least 3 years specializing in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong expertise in back-end SAP technologies, including OData services, ABAP, and CDS views.
• Experience with SAP ECC development and integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Web IDE, Business Application Studio, and other SAP development tools.
• Solid understanding of SAP Fiori design principles and guidelines.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• SAP certification in Fiori or ABAP development is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP HANA database and AMDP.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  
  

• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may require meetings during partial US business hours.
