We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Creative Designer

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate reporting is handled effectively by coordinating with various stakeholders
• Ensure that all relevant policies are procedures are well documented through contribution to Line of Business Procedure manuals, Desktop Instruction Manuals, System User Guides and Training Material
• Manage and maintain key communication networks, building excellent rapport within team and maintaining effective relationships showing discretion as required
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions
• Positive feedback from line/functional manager and team
• Accurate deliverables within required timelines
• Ownership of tasks undertaken
• No escalations while working with various stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent in using Adobe Creative Suite software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc
• Excellent grasp of MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work across cultures
• Strong interpersonal skills together with the ability to build a network of contacts and form strong working relationships
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Be able to work effectively under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
• Be comfortable escalating decisions where appropriate
• Accurate deliverables within required timelines
