Staff Specialist IT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Specialist, who will act as a product owner within the Infineon Developer Center our central Software Provisioning Platform within Infineon. In your role you will actively contribute to the development of the platform, guide and steer the technical team, and ensure the successful delivery of the project. You will also be responsible for team leadership, project management, and stakeholder management. Our global IT team is on the leading edge of Infineons transformation to agile Software development and to digitalize our products and services.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Actively contribute to the backend and/or frontend development of the Infineon Developer Center
• Together with a global team develop and operate an integrated set of applications that enable Infineon to provision software to our customers
• Establish strong relationships with your business customers and collaboration partners
• 5 years of professional experience in Software Development, Continuous Integration, agile development and designing of scaling architectures
• Experience in software development lifecycle and application management lifecycle
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Master in Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
• Strong experience in successfully deploying customer facing platforms and high scaling containerized cloud applications and/or strong experience in frontend technologies
• Experience in software development lifecycle and application management lifecycle
• Track record of understanding and applying fundamental design principles for a scalable application and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with IT operations of standard tools for configuration management, source code quality metrics and test automation that include GitLab or equivalent
• A passion for writing clean, readable source code
• Strong experience in Go and/or in frontend technologies especially in vue.js
• Ability to establish effective working relationships in a global team of employees and external partners
• Pleasure to provide the best as possible user experience and apply customer orientation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and well-versed in English (written and spoken)
