Job Description

The Service Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and expanding our service offerings to meet the needs of existing and potential clients. This professional will lead the sales team, cultivate strong relationships with customers, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Service Sales Manager will work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with customer service for an excellent client experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and market feedback.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to mutual satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate new ideas into strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in service sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in creating and delivering successful sales presentations.
  • Skilled negotiator with a focus on customer satisfaction and closing deals.
