Job Description

The Client Servicing Executive - Events position is an essential role within our organization focused on building and maintaining relationships with our clients in the events industry. The successful candidate will liaise with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of events that meet and exceed client expectations. You will work closely with our event planners, designers, and production teams to coordinate all elements of event planning and execution. This includes understanding client needs, translating these into actionable plans, and ensuring these plans are implemented efficiently. As a representative of the company, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, have a proactive attitude, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping client satisfaction high.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the events sector.
  • Understand clients’ event goals and translate them into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events as planned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and budget.
  • Track and manage event budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial limits.
  • Handle client feedback and troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
  • Organize post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage multiple event projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of service.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align event services with brand standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Ensure all client documentation and communications are accurate and stored in an organized manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client servicing or event management roles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for addressing client queries swiftly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
