Job Description

An Audio Visual Sales Executive is a vital part of a company's sales team, specializing in selling audio-visual equipment and services. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of technology, particularly in audio-visual equipment such as projectors, displays, audio systems, and conference solutions. The Audio Visual Sales Executive is responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. They must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients. Deep product knowledge alongside the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships is essential. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing sales.
  • Identify prospective customers through networking, cold calling, and follow-up communication.
  • Present and demonstrate audio-visual products to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop customized sales proposals that effectively showcase the unique benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare and execute sales contracts and agreements with attention to technical compliance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis to drive revenue.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with technical support to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and support.
  • Follow up on client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service quality.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and solutions.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to upper management regularly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share best sales practices.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the audio-visual industry or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual products and their applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve set sales targets consistently.
  • Capability to develop comprehensive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Enthusiastic about staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for maintaining client records.
