As a Pre-Sales Representative, your primary role will be to engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that illustrate the value and benefits of our products or services. This position requires individuals who are not only adept at conveying technical information clearly but also skilled in building and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and understand potential client needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective pre-sales strategies and approaches.
  • Present tailored demonstrations and presentations to showcase our product offerings effectively.
  • Attend client meetings to gather detailed requirements and provide technical consultation.
  • Assist in crafting detailed proposals that align with client specifications and expectations.
  • Work with marketing teams to provide input on latest market trends and consumer feedback.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that clearly relay complex product functionalities.
  • Assist in refining the product development process based on client feedback and market needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standard practices and emerging market trends.
  • Support post-sales teams by ensuring handover of all necessary client and project information.
  • Act as a key point of contact for potential clients throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role for at least two years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client needs creatively.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as necessary.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and potential customer relationship management tools.
