Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin professional to join our team. This dual-role position will offer a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for managing both financial accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining our company's financial health and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and accounts.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures versus budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing and employee time tracking activities.
  • Coordinate office supplies management and purchasing to ensure availability.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and supporting documentation for audits.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for both financial and administrative files.
  • Provide support in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills for both verbal and written correspondence.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and financial data.
