Job Description

A Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in steering projects towards success by managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will liaise with stakeholders, manage project risks, and foster a collaborative working environment across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely acquisition of project resources.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines throughout project execution.
  • Drive process improvements within the project management framework to enhance efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing them with professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in using project management software like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
