Job Description

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth strategies of the organization. This position demands a dynamic individual with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing clients' accounts, ensuring that our products and services meet their requirements, and helping to achieve the company's revenue targets. This role calls for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously while being part of a cohesive, goal-oriented team. An ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling multiple tasks, and have a strong passion for customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeated business.
  • Identify new sales leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and materials.
  • Provide product and service advice to customers based on their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts’ status and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients’ satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and issues effectively.
  • Track sales and account metrics and report weekly/monthly on achievements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/client relations role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strength in negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
