Job Description

As a Sales Support professional, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency and success of the sales team by assisting in various administrative and customer service tasks. You will work in collaboration with sales executives to achieve sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and helping to streamline internal processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update key sales documentation and customer records accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team members.
  • Prepare and manage sales presentations, proposals, and contracts effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Respond promptly to the inquiries and requests from vendors and clients.
  • Track sales leads and update team with relevant insights and feedback.
  • Provide logistical support for events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align on customer service protocols.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports monthly.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment matters with high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of support experience in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
