Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Client Co-Ordinator to join our vibrant team. As a Junior Client Co-Ordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting our client management team with various administrative and coordination tasks. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior client coordinators in managing and organizing client portfolios effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure communication between clients and internal teams is timely and efficient.
  • Support in the preparation and distribution of client reports and documentation.
  • Assist with resolving client queries and escalating issues to senior staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of client service strategies and process improvements.
  • Monitor and track client service metrics to ensure client satisfaction levels.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Support special projects and initiatives aimed at improving client engagement.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role or client service capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage time efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
