Job Description

As an HR Executive specializing in Tech Hiring, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top tech talent to meet the growing demands of our organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their specific needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company goals while enhancing the candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates, evaluating their skills, driving the selection process, and onboarding them. Your innovative approach to talent acquisition and your expertise in tech industry trends will be pivotal in attracting the right candidates with the skills needed to develop cutting-edge solutions and bolster our technological capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality tech candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored for the tech industry.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that match job specifications.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate applicants' technical and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage job offers in coordination with the internal teams and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Maintain detailed recruitment records and reports for continuous improvement in hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, tech meetups, and job fairs.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to attract the best tech talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of successful hires.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands efficiently.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies in tech recruitment.
