A Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive plays a crucial role in driving the operational success and customer satisfaction in the real estate and leasing industry. Responsibilities

  • Manage and support field sales operations ensuring the seamless execution of tasks.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their leasing needs and concerns.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing leasing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continuous engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with client expectations and market trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize leasing and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to maintain compliance in operations.
  • Provide training and assistance to new team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales and leasing reports to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or real estate support roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales and leasing processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside traditional office settings as required.
