As a Food and Beverage (F&B) Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Your duties include assisting in delivering an exceptional dining experience, ensuring prompt and courteous service to guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they receive prompt and courteous service.
• Assist guests with menu selections, offering advice and suggestions as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Prepare and set up dining areas prior to service and clean up afterward.
• Handle guest bills and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and hotel policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and processing orders.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
