We’re looking for a Fund Operations Manager to become the backbone of our operational excellence. This isn’t a back-office role, it’s about building trust with our investors (LPs), ensuring smooth fund operations, and making sure we can scale globally with confidence.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Onboard our LPs seamlessly, making their first experience with GV smooth, compliant, and professional.
• Keep our fund and entity structures across jurisdictions up to date and compliant with regulatory deadlines.
• Deliver reporting and compliance that give LPs full confidence in how we operate.
• Partner with our investment team to ensure capital deployment is seamless.
• Build scalable processes that set GV up for long-term success.

Who we’re looking for:

• 6–10 years’ experience in fund operations, investor relations, fund administration, or compliance (VC, PE, asset management backgrounds are ideal).
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and fund structures.
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
