Job Description

As an Executive Sales & Administration professional, you will be at the heart of our sales operations and administrative functions, providing vital support to our sales team while ensuring seamless administrative processes. This dual role requires a strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives, supporting strategic planning, and enhancing team productivity, all while managing core administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support sales initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage sales reports, track performance metrics, and present findings to leadership.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Oversee client interactions to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation and administrative records accurately.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment to support ongoing operations.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments for task coordination.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales and administration.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on sales and administrative protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
