Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction solutions.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
