The Client Reporting Associate in Client Services plays a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience through effective communication and precise reporting. Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze client-related data to produce accurate reports.

  • Prepare timely and detailed client reports, ensuring all information is valid and clear.
  • Review reports for accuracy and completeness before distribution to clients.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients to clarify report details.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of reporting processes and tools.
  • Manage the secure and efficient storage of client report data and ensure confidentiality.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of client data.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues regarding report content and data findings.
  • Train and assist junior staff in understanding and developing client reports.
  • Support projects aimed at enhancing reporting systems and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure services are competitive and comprehensive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client reporting or a similar client services role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and business intelligence software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Strong analytical mind with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and industry regulations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
