The Senior Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between our company and its client portfolio. As a key figure in our sales and customer service teams, your mission will be to foster strong connections and ensure client satisfaction, driving revenue growth and corporate excellence. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in relationship management or client servicing.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services within the industry.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship-building and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
