Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and territory analysis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales data.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on market opportunities and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and territory management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required by the role.
