Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be the key player in driving our company's revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will utilize your excellent communication skills and persuasive sales tactics to promote and sell our vast portfolio of products and services. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, participating in strategic planning and collaboratively working towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients by networking, cold calling, and using effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide clients with detailed product information and ensure they understand its value.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit for company and client.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contact information and sales history.
  • Understand competitor activities and industry trends to better position our products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets set by management.
  • Participate in sales training programs and initiatives to enhance selling skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing sales policies and procedures to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the same industry, is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex product information effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close profitable deals.
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
