Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company by applying effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to communicate the benefits of automobile products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities.
  • Track and report sales data to management to evaluate sales performance regularly.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, product launches, and industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and create comprehensive sales agreements for clients.
  • Attend automotive exhibitions and events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and expectations to the product development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in automobile sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of automobile features, advantages, and benefits to effectively sell products.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales reporting.
