Job Description

The Senior Account Executive is a key player in managing and driving sales operations and client relationships within our organization. Serving as the bridge between the client and our internal teams, the ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge, and outstanding communication skills. Your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional client service, create strategic sales plans, and achieve revenue targets. You will leverage your expertise to anticipate market changes, understand client needs, and propose innovative solutions that align with both client goals and our business objectives. As a Senior Account Executive, you will report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans designed to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities to fuel business growth and expand market share.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to finalize deals with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our products and services.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, providing status updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Mentor junior account executives, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all initiatives are completed within financial constraints.
  • Implement sales strategies that align with the company’s strategic objectives and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of proven experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends affecting business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build impactful client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for managing client information.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry conferences.
