Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing business information and data, and ensuring that the sales force is equipped with the resources they need to succeed. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, communication, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with sales managers and representatives, ensuring a seamless operation that facilitates increased sales and improved customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team's schedules, proposals, and client presentations efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to improve overall business performance.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sales operations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives and managers.
  • Analyze market trends and provide reports to enhance sales strategies.
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure data is current and accurate.
  • Organize and facilitate sales meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication between sales teams and other departments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support sales training and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales operations or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies advantageous.
