Job Description

The IT Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by streamlining processes and assisting in meeting sales targets. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. As a liaison between the sales team and other departments, the IT Sales Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of communication and information. They are responsible for compiling sales reports, managing customer queries, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to sales activities. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support activities related to IT sales operations within the organization.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting sales proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales figures, customer information, and sales activity reports.
  • Liaise with the sales team to schedule meetings and manage the booking of resources.
  • Handle client queries and ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
  • Ensure timely delivery and distribution of sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and manage the sales cycle process to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and perform administrative support tasks for the IT sales department.
  • Support the sales team with customer relationship management and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operational support.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and other internal departments for coordinated efforts.
  • Contribute to sales strategy sessions and offer insights based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales coordinating or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude toward assisting sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines efficiently.
