Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced and professional Recruiter to join our HR department. As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. You will be responsible for designing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to managing job offers. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build the company’s brand as an attractive employer. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of HR best practices, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define necessary skills and qualifications for job roles.
  • Sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels and platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, personality, and career goals.
  • Coordinate all logistics and communication for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external resource providers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruiting activities and candidate data.
  • Participate in job fairs and employment workshops to promote employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws for all recruitment practices.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports on recruitment activities to the HR manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency environment.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
