Graphic Designer (225-812)

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. With a strong foundation in design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics, you will translate complex ideas into compelling visuals that communicate with a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and an ability to understand client briefs and work collaboratively across departments to produce innovative designs. Your expertise in various design software will contribute to the high-quality output of our brand visuals, thereby increasing brand recognition and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts by studying information and materials from clients and stakeholders.
• Create visually engaging graphics for use across digital and print media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align design concepts with campaign goals.
• Ensure consistency of brand representation across all visual outputs and platforms.
• Produce drafts and present ideas for feedback and propose improvements as needed.
• Work with copywriters and content teams to integrate written content and design seamlessly.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain cutting-edge designs.
• Refine and adjust designs as necessary according to client feedback and design critique.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Conduct thorough research and brainstorming sessions for developing creative design themes.
• Assist in the production of videos and other multimedia projects requiring graphic elements.
• Prepare final designs for production, reviewing for errors and inconsistencies before publishing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work samples.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, notably Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet multiple project deadlines.
