Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - L3 to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of human resources processes. The Recruiter - L3 will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy, driving the recruitment process, and ensuring the best candidates are attracted and selected for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments. In this role, the Recruiter - L3 will play a critical role in shaping the workforce and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including offline and online strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring team members.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks for competitive offers.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment status reports to HR leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with university career centers and job boards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Three to five years of professional recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices and employment law compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deal with complex hiring situations.
