💼 Full-time | Office-based in Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Advertising

• Create and manage online property listings across major real estate platforms (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).

• Develop engaging content and visuals for property advertisements, social media, and email campaigns.

• Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours for new property listings.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics.

3. Branding & Design

• Support brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Assist in creating flyers, brochures, and promotional materials for digital and print use.

4. Lead Generation & Campaigns

• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.

• Track and report campaign performance to optimize results.

• Support collaboration between marketing and sales teams for lead follow-ups.

5. Events & Promotions

• Help organize property open houses, exhibitions, and client events.

• Prepare promotional materials and manage event marketing activities.

6. Market Research

• Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate trends, competitors, and market behavior.

• Provide insights to improve marketing strategies and positioning.

7. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the sales and listing team to ensure timely updates of marketing materials.

• Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance and lead activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate marketing.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred).

• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
