Job Description

The Operations & Client Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless business operations and delivering exceptional client support. This position requires a dynamic professional capable of managing client interactions, coordinating with internal departments, and streamlining operations to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to anticipate client needs and operational challenges. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and troubleshooting issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges efficiently. The Operations & Client Support Executive is expected to contribute towards the improvement of current processes and cultivate lasting relationships with clients by ensuring a high level of service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve client inquiries through various channels promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and client service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
  • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements for process optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a client advocate and ensure excellent client satisfaction across all interactions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate clients about new features and services.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure optimal engagement and service utilization.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and client engagement initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics to senior management regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on client interactions, services issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operations or client support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other operational tools is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
