The role of a Senior Executive in Human Resources is pivotal within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and handle any legal or regulatory issues.
  • Facilitate performance management and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
  • Lead employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Oversee employee compensation programs, including salary and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and management teams.
  • Coordinate HR projects and programs to improve workplace productivity and culture.
  • Address employee grievances in an effective, confidential, and constructive manner.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Implement organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience with HRIS and other human resource management software systems is a plus.
