Job Description

As an Operations & Client Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations while providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between our company and its clients, ensuring efficient and effective customer service and support operations. You will be instrumental in implementing operational processes, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Collaborating with various teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, you will ensure that our services meet and exceed client expectations, and drive continuous improvement in our operational practices.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure high efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on client support procedures.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Facilitate communications between clients and relevant departments within the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new client support technologies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operations.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to evaluate service delivery and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or client support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes.
  • Proficiency in using client support software and operational management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
