Job Description

An Odoo Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and the technical team, ensuring the effective implementation of Odoo's suite of business applications. As a specialist in Odoo, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify their key needs, and tailor Odoo systems to optimize their operations. You will facilitate workshops, work on requirement analyses, and support clients in aligning their processes with Odoo solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in customizing and configuring Odoo applications to unlock business efficiencies. With a deep understanding of functional needs, you will ensure that the Odoo applications are aligned with business objectives, leading to enhanced financial and operational performance.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify key requirements for Odoo implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional specifications.
  • Customize and configure Odoo applications to meet specific client business requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure accuracy and compliance of Odoo solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth deployment of Odoo modules.
  • Deliver training sessions and create user documentation for the Odoo applications.
  • Provide ongoing functional support to users for Odoo systems and processes.
  • Work proactively to identify improvements in Odoo enrichments and software updates.
  • Facilitate process alignments to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of implementation.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Stay updated on Odoo new functionalities and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst or similar role in software implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and its various modules and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
