Odoo Functional Analyst (225-804)

An Odoo Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and the technical team, ensuring the effective implementation of Odoo's suite of business applications. As a specialist in Odoo, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify their key needs, and tailor Odoo systems to optimize their operations. You will facilitate workshops, work on requirement analyses, and support clients in aligning their processes with Odoo solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in customizing and configuring Odoo applications to unlock business efficiencies. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst or similar role in software implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and its various modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve system issues effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
