Job Description

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is a dedicated healthcare professional who plays a critical role in improving the lives of individuals facing physical, developmental, social, or emotional challenges. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Assist patients in adapting to artificial limbs, devices, or other prescriptive aids.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in occupational therapy practices.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars for healthcare teams and community groups.
  • Ensure therapy services comply with health regulations and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient and family interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating patients' conditions and treatment needs.
  • Ability to create and implement personalized therapeutic treatment plans.
  • Patience and empathy when handling individuals with various therapeutic needs.
  • A genuine interest in improving the quality of life for patients of all ages.
