The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of maintenance activities within an organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
