The IT Sales Executive plays a crucial role within our organization by driving sales of our cutting-edge IT products and solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT product offerings.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the client's business and industry landscape.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations.
  • Achieve or exceed specified sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and share results with management regularly.
  • Participate in industry networking events to increase brand visibility and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the IT industry, is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and anticipate client needs and market changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients for face-to-face engagements.
