Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT projects.
• Strong understanding of business systems, applications, and project management frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities in a business context.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software to derive meaningful business insights.
• Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Adept at using project management software and tools to track and manage project deliverables.
